I had a great stay overall, but the $75 facility fee at the end was a big surprise and left me feeling a bit uneasy about the value for money. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, and I received fantastic service from the staff, who were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. However, I did notice the room could have used better lighting and was disappointed by the lack of a refrigerator. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my time and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
